Nordic House is a 3-storey building of 180m2 located in a quiet compound only a short walk from the SAS Hotel. The location is not far from the Nordic embassy area, and north of the Central Business District. At entrance level there are common areas with kitchen, open meeting room and a coffee bar. At the second and third floor there are offices. In the current facilities there are two office landscapes, each of 16m2 with 5 office desks. In addition, there are two separate offices of 12m2.

The space also serves as art exhibition area, featuring Nordic and Chinese artists. There is a Chinese restaurant at the premises where the members usually have lunch together. As several new companies have expressed an interest in moving in, Nordic House considers moving the space in 2008. If so, it will be done in agreement with the current members.
